Free Gay Dating Apps: What You Actually Get
How to tell whether a free gay dating app is really free — what's commonly locked, what to test, and what HUNTR includes at no cost.
Free to download isn't free to use
Many apps are free to install but limit profiles shown, filters, read receipts or messages. Test the features you care about before relying on any app.
What HUNTR includes free
Discover with filters, HUNT NOW, Hunts and Favorites, private messaging with photos and videos, private albums, the community map and hosted groups are all available to members at no cost.
How free apps stay running
HUNTR shows clearly labeled sponsored cards in Discover. They're marked 'Sponsored' and never pretend to be members.
