GROWLr alternative: how HUNTR compares
Communities vs. filters
GROWLr centers the bear community. HUNTR is open to everyone and lets you find your type through filters — body type, height, age, looking-for and more — rather than through a single-community app.
Body type and height filters
On HUNTR, members can set a body type and height (shown in feet and inches), and you can filter by them. Members who leave those fields blank still appear, so you don't miss new members.
Places your community goes
The community map can include bear bars, events and other spaces once they're approved, and members can suggest spots they know. Tap a place to see members nearby.
Free to try
HUNTR is free to join and runs in your browser, so you can add it to your home screen in under a minute and see who's around.
Independence note
HUNTR is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to GROWLr. GROWLr is a trademark of its respective owner. Features and pricing of other apps change often, so check GROWLr's official website or app store listing for its current details.
